I will more than willingly grant that it has been too long since my B.A. in Philosophy, but I don’t recall any God of Philosophy. Certainly there were some philosophers who thought extremely highly of themselves, particularly in reference to others - primarily other philosophers. But Copleston didn’t cover any God of Philosophy in the approximate 9 volumes I wandered through.
