Every day, I try to follow God more closely and I become more convinced that at the end of the day, His will is what happens. I know people sin and I know things go off track. However if God really is almighty, then won’t He always win out.

For example, I live in a condo. I don’t plan on selling so right now there is no issue for me. However, there were some repairs to the building that ended up being more than expected. However, there were other areas that ended up being lower than expected so everything is a wash.

My neighbour has decided to sell her unit. She told me that people found out that our repairs were over budget and there is now a rumour that lawyers will soon be involved since all condo owners are being told to pay more fees  Nothing could be further from the truth. Obviously no one bothered to mention that we saved in other areas. The most hilarious thing in my mind is how/why such a ridiculous rumor would even be started. Do people have nothing better to think about ?

Nonetheless, she has told me that no realtor will touch our building since there are so many bad rumours. Her concern is how will she manage to sell her unit.

In the back of my mind, I can’t help but think that God’s will is stronger than rumour on the street. If for whatever reason He feels the condo shouldn’t sell yet, it won’t and if He feels the condo will sell, a buyer will show up.

What do other’s think? Am I being naïve in trusting God’s will to that extent?

You can NEVER go wrong trusting in God. His Will is always done but not in ways we anticipate and not in the timetable we want. Trust in God and be faithful.

I think you are right. If the perfect persons comes along who needs a condo just like that, they won’t be deterred by such rumors.

Despite the Gospel the other day (Mark 12:1-12) I don’t think God is all that concerned with property owner issues.🤷
