Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Prayer for Sick – Physical Healing
Lord, I come before you trusting in your mercy and love.
I come before you with faith in your promise that you shall
grant whatever we ask for in prayer if it will be what is best for our soul.
Lord, heal servant of God’s friend.
Touch him now in the areas of my body that need most of your healing love.
Let the warmth of your healing stop the bleeding in his brain.
Protect him from brain damage.
Open any blocked arteries or veins and rebuild all damaged areas.
Strengthen his body, his mind, his emotions and spirit and with that
same power by which you created him, heal him and recreate him, Lord.
Restore him to full health in body, mind, emotions and spirit.
Give him the grace to accept any pain and suffering with patient resignation
to your most Holy will and plan for his life.Have mercy on him and forgive his sins.
Let him find peace amidst his suffering and offer it for the salvation of souls.
With eyes of faith, let him see the blessings out of this physical sickness.
And after he has been healed, may he be a witness of your healing
love and power and serve you for the rest of his life.
In Jesus’ name I pray, through Mary and all the angels and saints.
Amen.

Prayer for a Miracle
God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (DOJ96’s mother). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into DOJ96’s mother body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

A PRAYER BEFORE SURGERY
O Jesus Christ, Messiah and Lord,
grant me joyful acceptance of the surgery
which awaits me,
and let this be the relief and cure which I seek.
Make skilled the work of the surgeon
and that of his team
for it is unto their knowledge and skill
that I give myself for healing.
I pray You, O Lord,
that this procedure will be without complication,
and that my recovery will be speedy and complete.
Amen.
St. Raphael, pray for us!
Mary, The Immaculate Conception, pray for us!
Amen.

O My Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell and lead all souls to Heaven, especially those who are in most need of Thy mercy. Amen.
Saint Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray;
and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host -
by the Divine Power of God -
thrust into hell satan and all the evil spirits,
who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls.
Amen.
REMEMBER, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence, I fly to thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother; to thee do I come; before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me. Amen.
Holy Mother, please intercede for us.
Hold the sorrowful, strengthen the fearful,
give aid to all needing help or healing,
assist those who are sick, in pain or suffering,
be with those needing peace, console the lonely,
comfort the lost or hopeless, guard the unborn,
pray for those who are dying or who have died,
soften those with hardened hearts,
enlighten those who do not yet see truth,
help us be brave enough to let our hurt and anger go,
show us the way to do the right thing,
protect those who are in danger,
and guide us from every evil.
May all who keep your sacred commemoration
experience the might of your assistance.
Amen.
Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless,
and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible,
look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us,
that in difficult moments we might not despair
nor become despondent, but with great confidence,
submit ourselves to Your Holy Will,
which is love and mercy itself. Amen.
