actually you only need to participate in the second one. in the first, assuming you were prepared you could walk in and recieve.There is no limit to the number of times you can go to Mass in one day. If they had Mass all day long you could attend. Now, as far as receiving Holy Communion, if you participated in two Masses you could receive twice. But you need to participate in both.
