Probably should have used the term, “annoying things have been around a long time.”

As to back to Latin. I don’t have any problem with people liking the traditional Latin Mass. It is just that those who criticize NO and think we should return to the Middle Ages are a little too haughty for my liking.
 
That would be St. Spyridon the Thaumaturge of Trymythous, a miracle-worker and one of the Nicene Church Fathers.

Argumentation by name calling is not very persuasive.
these two dimwits believe that the Church will be spread throughout the world by speaking a dead language to people who barely understand the local dialect.
Latin was used in 1950 and earlier, and the Church was doing just fine with the Mass said in Latin.
