Can anybody recommend any good books on the spirit of Traditional Catholicism? No books by SSPX please. I have already looked at their material. Looking for some spiritually orthodox writers who are in full communion with the Pope.

Here’s a few to start:

The Holy Mass by Dom Prosper Gueranger - Theology of the TLM’s parts, though it can apply to the parts that stayed in the Novus Ordo Mass.

The Ceremonies of the Roman Rite Described - Adrian Fortescue, J.B. O’Connell (and Alcuin Reid if you by the most modern version of the text). All about TLM liturgy.

The Imitations of Christ - Thomas A. Kempis - A semi Q&A format book of the author and Christ responding to him on a number of spiritual issues, as to how to imitate our Lord.
