I’ve been going to a local secular college recently and I’m just about finishing up, I’ve only got a few more semesters left and after that, at the suggestion of my parents I plan on attending one more secular college. But after that I’m hoping to attend a Catholic collage or university and start learning more about the intellectual traditions of the Catholic Church. (Ultimately, I intend to go to Franciscan University of Steubenville.) However, I’m well aware that many Catholic colleges don’t teach the Intellectual traditions of the Catholic Church so hence my main question: Can anyone provide me with good solid Catholic colleges and universities in Canada, preferably western Canada (I live in BC)?

Have you checked the Newman Guide? They list Our Lady, Seat of Wisdom in Barry’s Bay ontario, and Catholic Pacific College in Langley B.C. You might check on their courses. In addition, several newman schools offer online coursework (you might check Holy Apostles or Christendom (call to ensure that there are no required courses on campus), and even the opportunity to earn a degree online. There are also several online academies listed .
Here’s the link to a newman guide write up on Catholic Pacific.

May God bless you.

The Newman Guide is good but you probably won’t be able to find any truly faithful Catholic universities. I’d suggest you look at MUN - Memorial University of Newfoundland, a centrist university that has a great liberal influence but one even stronger conservative Anglican/Catholic/Salvationist/Orthodox trent. If you need any details contact me.

There’s St Mark’s and Corpus Christi at UBC. (One is undergrad and one is grad - I can’t remember which). Their chapel provides daily mass for the UBC campus.
