PSALM 110:3
… in the brightness of the saints: from the womb before the day star I begot thee

MATTHEW 2:2
Where is he that is born king of the Jews? For we have seen his star in the East, and are come to adore him.


ISAIAS 9:6
For a CHILD IS BORN to us, and a son is given to us, and the government is upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, God the Mighty, the Father of the world to come, the Prince of Peace.

MICAH 5: 2-4
And thou Bethlehem Ephrata, art a little one among the thousands of Juda, out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be the ruler in Israel: and his going forth is from the beginning, from the days of eternity. Therefore will he give them up even till the time wherein she that travaileth shall bring forth: and the remnant of his brethren shall be converted to the children of Israel. And he shall stand, and feed in the strength of the Lord, in the height of the name of the Lord, his God: and they shall be converted, for now shall he be magnified even to the ends of the earth.

LUKE 2: 8 - 14
And there were in the same country shepherds watching and keeping the night watches over their flock. And behold an angel of the Lord stood by them and the brightness of God shone round about them: and they feared with a great fear. And the angel said to them:



Fear not; for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy that shall be to all the people.

For, this day is born to you a Saviour, who is Christ the Lord, in the city of David. And this shall be a sign unto you. You shall find the infant wrapped in swaddling clothes and laid in a manger.



And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly army, praising God and saying:



Glory to God in the highest
and on earth peace to men of good will
