Good news/asking for continued prayers

So, the other day I posted that I needed some prayers because I had fallen away from the Church and God for quite some time. I have a feeling the prayers worked as I was able to (and had the desire to) go to Confession and receive Holy Communion for the first time in over 5 years. I just wanted to say thank you to everyone that prayed for me and continue to ask for your prayers.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Satan tries to discourage us from communion
with the Church and therefore other believers,
but we can’t say “We don’t need you”, because
just as the body is made up of MANY members
and we are individually members of one another!!
See 1 Cor.12:21; Rom. 12:5
