Has anyone had any experience with the Good News People program, developed by Just Faith Ministries? It is a small group opportunity for spiritual growth and education that our parish is offering soon and I was interested in the response of anyone who had gone through the program. Was it helpful? What worked and what didn’t? The usual kinds of questions . . .
I’ve not heard anything specifically about that program, but I’ve heard some things about “Just Faith Ministries” that would give me pause about using their materials.
If that’s what your parish is going with, though, it’s usually possible to filter out the bad stuff and supplement for what may be lacking. Just be prepared to do that by going through the materials ahead of time.
