Catholic Liturgicals. They have both an online store and a larger catalog. Very cheap. Don’t know whether it is fair labor or whatever though.

I don’t know just how fancy/ expensive, but EWTN Gift Catalogue, Leaflet Missal, Vineyard. All of these are websites, and the only ones I know of.
