Hi everyone,

So, I have an online friend who I’ve been talking to for about six months now. She suffers however, from very low self esteem, and I really want her to be able to talk to a good priest, one who really understands and who can help her make some good friends. She is going to attend Northwestern in the fall, and I was wondering if you can give me the name of a good priest or two near there (preferable in the area) who I can recommend to her.

You can either post below, or send me a PM.

Please keep her in your prayers,
Thanks,
Benedicat Deus,

Surely they have a Newman Center there. Persuade her to look up the Catholic Center for students.

Will she have a car? If so, tell her to go to Marytown in Libertyville. It’s a little more than 30 min. away but it’s so worth it!

I don’t think so.
Marytown has quite a few retreats for young people. I know for a fact that Northwestern has a Newman Center. Tell her to watch out for trips to Marytown. I’d be shocked if the Newman center didn’t arrange to attend retreats there.
