I am almost finished w/ Belloc’s The Great Herasies. I HIGHLY recommended it for anyone who’d like to know the root of some of the great trials the Church has suffered through. HW Crocker’s ***Trimuph ***together with this book can completely change your understanding of things if you are a Protestant convert as I am. Belloc’s understanding and comments on Islam are prophetic!

It’s not a long book, either, only 160 pages or so. A good overview written on the eve of WWII.

My Priest recently recommended Belloc’s books to me-- and I just happened to order this one this afternoon online. I was glad to hear your “two thumbs up” review! Can’t wait to read it for myself. 🙂
 
LOL, that’s the Great Heresies! Proper spelling helps! Yeah, I got the 3 pack from the CA catalog. I think I’ll read How the Reformation Happened next.

Well, I am glad I’m not the only one who liked it!😃
