Is there a good short article someone could post or PM me that covers basics on the Church’s teaching on birth control practices or nfp or something?

What, specifically, are you looking for?
Acceptable/unacceptable birth control methods. Maybe also what a Catholic who has been surgically “tied” or “snipped” has as options.

The Catechism is pretty succinct.

It is only a few paragraphs summarizing Church teaching that contraception and sterilization are grave offenses against the Sixth Commandment and that periodic continence can be employed for just reasons.

Periodic or complete abstinence are the only “allowable” methods of spacing/avoiding prengnancy, so I’m not sure what you are looking for.

There is no “list” because all forms of contraception and sterilization are gravely immoral.

Options for what? Reversal? I’m not sure what you are wanting here.
