I also have Introduction to the Devout Life by St. Francis de Sales. It is a wonderful book.
The second I would recommend is The Imitation of Christ.
Also the books by Scott Hahn are good or any books by the Popes!

You may consider moving into reading the works of St. John of the Cross and St. Teresa of Avila and Fr. Thomas Dubay’s Fire Within would be a good starter before you dive into the actual works.

I’ll second that and add Thomas Dubay’s Authenticity.
