So I read the article. I didn’t see where any of them are going to “admit Biden won.” What they actually said is that they will accept the result of the electoral college vote on the 14th. Most of the article was about several leading senators saying they do not accept Biden as president-elect as of now.

But, then again they proved their “character”, when they took a solemn oath at the impeachment trial, and then openly declared that this oath meant nothing.So I read the article. I am amazed that you (in general) do not care if someone puts his hand on the Bible (literally or figuratively), and utter the words: “I solemnly swear, that… So help me God!” and immediately afterwards, they say: “Naaah, not really, I did not mean it, I was just kidding!!!” Is that not a major embarrassment?

I have no idea how this headline made it off the press. “Ready to admit?” What does that even mean? You are either admitting he won, or you are not. This is not like training for the Olympics where you need preparation. These Senators are still exercising a dearth of leadership.
