Note the Jesus says “you males”. He is not identifying himself as a male,
Ah I get it, the penny has dropped. The Lord was neither male or female, He was intersex. He had that rare syndrome that comes from having a very aged Father known as Kleinfelter Syndrome.

In Kleinfelter syndrome, the ‘male’ appears to be so by the presence of testicles and penis but they are very underdeveloped. In fact they are true inter sex, in that they are biologically male but emotionally female. The Lord did say ‘[Jerusalem] how I longed to gather you as a hen gathers her young under her wing’!

That would also explain why He had such a developed emotional state that He loved as a mother would love.

We know that His Father was very old, in fact SO OLD, HE WAS NEVER BORN!!!: HE ALWAYS WAS thumbsup:

**1 Corinthians 2:7 **

No, we speak of God’s secret wisdom, a wisdom that has been hidden and that God destined for our glory before time began.

Romans 16:25

Now to him who is able to establish you by my gospel and the proclamation of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery hidden for long ages past

Gnostic Book of Thomas

***(1) And he said, “Whoever finds the interpretation of these sayings will not experience death.”

(2) Jesus said, “Let him who seeks continue seeking until he finds. When he finds, he will become troubled. When he becomes troubled, he will be astonished, and he will rule over the All.”

My point is that, because the Gospel of Thomas appears to value androgny as the true nature of spirit and consequently the spiritual ideal, and because Jesus seems to distance himself from the “maleness” of Peter and the other male disciples in Thomas, logion 114, which is typically interpreted to be misogynistic, should be viewed in light of the gospel’s ultimate view of gender, basically, that it is a duality to be transcended.
