Grace: once or multiple?

I was just wondering I have my school senior ball tomorrow, it involves a three course meal. i’ve never been to a meal with multiple courses before so I was wondering, should I say grace before each course or will one at the beginning sufice. Thanks for any responses

There’s not many Christians where I live, and even fewer Catholics. I often don’t do the sign of the cross when I say grace, but it’s something I’m going to try to work on.

I come from a Catholic family but my parents didnt enforce it as we were growing up so I am the only one who says grace (in my head) at the table
