Since Jesus was without sin, he was in Gods Grace his whole life, right? Then did he (unite) with the Father to send His Spirit as a helper? Can people keep Grace also?

If you commit a mortal sin you are no longer in a state of grace. You would then need the Sacrament of Reconciliation to get back into a state of grace.Since Jesus was without sin, he was in Gods Grace his whole life, right? That is the case for sanctifying grace - Tim said he is talking about actual grace. If you commit a mortal sin you are no longer in a state of grace. You would then need the Sacrament of Reconciliation to get back into a state of grace.
