Granddaughter not baptized

I pray that God will find a way to for my daughter get her daughter who is 4.5 months old baptized. I am nannying my granddaughter at the moment and it breaks my heart that she is not baptized. My daughter was raised catholic but she married an agonostic. I believe that because her husband does not believe in God is preventing her from getting her daughter baptized.

Lord hear my prayer.
 
Lord, have mercy and draw Bonnie’s daughter and family to you.
 
Lord, please keep Bonnie’s granddaughter safe until she gets baptized. May she be baptized as a baby if her mother would be willing to bring her up Catholic. If her mother won’t bring her up Catholic, may she be baptized as an adult by her own choice, and practice her faith on her own. Thank you, Lord, for hearing my prayer.
 
Is this known as an ‘extreme’ circumstance? Can she be baptized by a Catholic layperson?
 
You have my sympathy and prayers.

My daughter would not let my grandson get baptised, he eventually did last year on his 8th birthday… he was baptised as an adult making his own promises!

What made it harder was that we brought him up from being 5 weeks old till he was 5 and a half and she would not let him be baptised even though it was his greatest wish!
