Grandfather dying right about now, prayers very important

I have posted a few times on here regarding my grandfather. So far as I can tell, he is in the process of dying. The doctors have said he’ll probably go within the next few days. I think it may even be before morning.

He seems so open to love at this time, I think that all he is in need of is the support of prayers in order to make certain that his death leads to the Lord’s eternal home. Please join me at this time to give him what he needs.

God love him. I wish I had known either of my Grandfathers, they were both deceased before I was born. I know you’re missing him already, but be thankful (and I know you are) that you had him in your life as long as you did. May God bless him, yourself and all your family at this time of loss and need.

Prayer for the Dying
May Christ Who was crucified for your sake
free you from excruciating pain.
May Christ Who died for you
free you from the death that never ends.
May Christ the Son of the living God,
set you in the ever green loveliness of His Paradise,
and may He, the true Shepherd
recognize you as one of His own.
May you see your Redeemer face to face
and standing in His presence forever,
may you see with joyful eyes
Truth revealed in all its fullness.
 
Say the Divine Mercy Chaplet at his bedside now.

I’m saying it here for him.

May God have mercy on him.
 
Please Lord,
Take this kind soul into your heart.
Please give him a place in heaven beside you and take away his suffering.
Amen.

Give comfort and solace to those he will leave behind, and renew in them the hope that there is a place You have prepared for him in Heaven. Jesus our Savior, in Your endless mercy, forgive his sins so that he may be worthy to behold the face of God.

Mary, our Blessed Mother, receive the soul of Lazerlike42’s grandfather as he passes from this life to eternity. Present him to your beloved Son, and may all the angels and saints come to welcome him into Paradise.

so prompt before the Throne of God,
I place in you all my interests and desires.
O St. Joseph do assist me by your powerful intercession
and obtain for me from your Divine Son
all spiritual blessings through Jesus Christ, Our Lord;
so that having engaged here below your Heavenly power
I may offer my Thanksgiving and Homage
to the most Loving of Fathers.

O St. Joseph, I never weary contemplating you
and Jesus asleep in your arms.
I dare not approach while He reposes near your heart.
Press him in my name and kiss His fine Head for me,
and ask Him to return the Kiss when I draw my dying breath.
St. Joseph, Patron of departing souls, pray for us. Amen

Will pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy for him today at 3:00.👍 Will keep you, his doctors, nurses, all the rest of
your family in prayer when praying the Holy Rosary. Thanks for keeping us informed.:signofcross:
 
St. Joseph, patron of happy deaths, please pray for this man and accompany him into the presence of God. Amen. :byzsoc:
