Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women and
blessed is the Fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners
now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Lord we ask You to lovingly watch over this loved grandmother, and to guide the doctors in understanding what is needful, along with the most successful medical care possible.
Please let Your peace and hope flow into these worried hearts.
Bless them with all the graces You desire to give them.

Our Father who art in heaven,
hallowed be Thy name.
Thy Kingdom come,
Thy will be done
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread
and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who tresspass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

PATER NOSTER,
qui es in caelis,
sanctificetur nomen tuum.
Adveniat regnum tuum.
Fiat voluntas tua, sicut in caelo et in terra.
Panem nostrum quotidianum da nobis hodie,
et dimitte nobis debita nostra
sicut et nos dimittimus debitoribus nostris.
Et ne nos inducas in tentationem,
sed libera nos a malo. Amen.

Praying for your grandmother to be abandoned to God’s Merciful Love fully confident in His Merciful Love. May your grandmother draw great strength from prayer and the sacraments, and may she be completely healed if this is the best thing for her soul. Amen.

Come let us follow
Where God himself led.
Unto the image of her
Who has said:
I am your own Perpetual Help.
Come, sick and troubled
With stories untold,
This is your mother,
Look up and behold,
She is your own Perpetual Help.
