At what point do we start making the three full prostrations upon entering the Church…on Forgiveness Sunday or on the first Monday of lent?

I am referring to the UGCC tradition, not sure if other churches do this.
 
Does one do this immediately upon entering the Church or in front of the Tetrapod?
