Great Holy Week Song

Hi!

I’ve heard a beautiful song during the mass today but I don’t know what its title is. It’s chanted to the tune of “Pange Lingua Gloriosi” (m.youtube.com/watch?v=QmW5pD9Qdvc), but the song is in English and still rhymes. It speaks about how the cross, once a sign and humiliation, became a sign of liberty. I remember a phrase “Tree of Eden” as part of the stanza. If anyone could point me to the song lyrics, I would really appreciate it.

Could it be Faithful Cross Above All Other? I believe that is sung to the tune Pange Lingua. In fact it’s the 2nd part of the Pange Lingua.
