I give all glory to God for this great news:extrahappy: :extrahappy:.

I just opened up a letter from my Archdiocese and it was the results of my annulment petition. The letter said that no further investigation was needed, that during their investigation they found that there was no indication that my husband’s (former) wife was deceased and there was no evidence that an annulment had been granted, therefore he was not free to marry me. In light of these findings they were granting my petition for annulment because my marriage was, indeed, not a valid marriage. It further stated that all paperwork would be submitted to reflect that I was granted a decree of nullity and that I am free to marry in the Church.

Thank God…and what’s even better is that they were able to grant my annulment without the divorce decree, because the paper trail showed that we shouldn’t have been allowed to marry from the get go.

I am so thankful to God and everyone here for all your prayers and support, thank you and God Bless you all!!!
