Does a Divine Liturgy at a Greek Orthodox Church fulfill a Sunday obligation?

No.

If you are in some area where there is no Catholic church that you can get to, and only a Greek Orthodox church around, you have no Sunday obligation because there is no Catholic church.
You are not required to go to the Orthodox church to fulfill your obligation.

However, in that circumstance, you can choose to go to the Orthodox church, attend liturgy, and even receive the sacraments there (Eucharist and confession). The Church allows it. But keep in mind that their priest might not allow you to receive sacraments there since you’re not Orthodox.

If you are in some area where there is a Catholic church you can attend, then you need to fulfill your Sunday obligation, as well as receiving any sacraments you wish, at the Catholic church.
