Group Rosary question

What does this mean how do you say the rosary in two groups?

To be honest, I’m sceptical about it - it makes no sense to me… seems made up.

Instead of a single leader praying aloud the first half of each prayer and the rest praying aloud the second half of the prayer as is often done in the public recitation of the Rosary today, praying “in two groups” seems to mean that those praying the Rosary are divided into two groups or choirs and one group prays aloud or chants the first half of each prayer and the other group prays aloud or chants the second half of the prayer. I don’t know if just one person qualifies as a group. If so, then the way the Rosary is often prayed today with a single leader praying the first half of each prayer and the rest praying the second half of the prayer would qualify as “in two groups.”
