Hi everyone,
Sorry, not sure if this is the correct place to place this post, but
I wanted to tell everyone about a new group that I am so excited about! It’s called Prenatal Partners for Life. Their website is www.prenatalpartnersforlife.org.
They basically support couples who receive an adverse diagnosis (Down Syndrome, for ex) carry their babies to term. Statistics tell us that 90% of kids with DS are aborted! Statistics are even worse for other forms of chromosomal disorders, defects, etc. This is so sad!
These special babies have so much to teach us, and I don’t think their little lives should just be snuffed out like that!
Anyway, the pressure to abort children that the mainstream medical community deems “imperfect” is huge. My own family encountered this first hand.
This group has already produced great fruit, and is 100% faithful to the Church (they are inter-denominationally Christian, but the founder is Catholic, as are most of the board members.)
I thought that perhaps there are people on these forums, or friends of CAF who could use the support Prenatal Partners for Life offers. Let’s get the word out!
