Guardian Angel & Holy Spirit

What’s the role of the two?
If Guardian Angel is to guard & protect us, doesn’t Holy Spirit protect us also?

I was talking to a friend about it and she asked me this and I couldn’t answer her. :crying:
 
Our GA is there to guide and protect us just in case the Holy Spirit is not paying attention.😛

… No, as I understand it our Guardian Angel is in charge of ourprotection, spiritual and physical, while the Holy Spirit give us life and inspiration, and encouragement and in some cases supernatural gifts such as healing or the ability to prophesy or speak in tongues.
