I to this day believe that our lord guided the man who translated the bible into English. How without divine help could someone translate over 1000 pages of text that were in another language by themselves without error.

None of them are in error but translating the bible from latin or greek into engliish would have been a very complex task which if someone did without divine help there could be error because of the complexity of the translations.

I believe that the people who translated the Bible from Latin or Greek into English had to of been Guided by our Lord. That is how the translated in English version has no error.

Which English translation? Do you realize how many there are, even from Catholic scholars? Each one reads differently, BTW, so which is the correct translation? No translation can claim to be error-free.

God can guide anybody. A person who is trained in Latin, Hebrew, and Greek and biblical translation doesn’t have any more complex job than a physician or engineer, astronaut or any other intellectually challenging field. They all require serious and intense study, and all knowledge is provided by God in the first place. He has guided us by providing us with the tools needed to discover the “secrets” of the universe by giving us the tools, such as our brains, to do it. All of the universe is guided by God.

But God guiding translators is not the same thing as God inspiring the writing of the Scriptures, which is where I believe you are confused.
