Guilty of omission?

Today I was in a bookstore with a riend of mine. In the past, we shared a hobby o reading erotica together, which I no longer do, and o writing erotic stories together, which I also no longer do.

While browsing, she showed me what she’d selected to buy, a comic style romance that I knew involved homosexual romance at least, though I do not know if it was pornographic. All I could think to say was that I was thinking of buying a thriller today, but she added the book to her own cart.

She knows I no longer read and write erotica, because of religious reasons. However, i don’t know if I did the right thing. Although Christian, she sees nothing wrong with erotica, homosexuality and pornograpy, thugh she knows I’m not into it anymore. Should I have told er not to buy that book? I feel as though I’m guilty of sin by omissio; even if she doesn’t know I don’t read pornography anymore, she very MUCh knows I no longer discuss or write it with her, but this is something she sees no issue with, and it’s not like she doesn’t know it’s unChristian. What should I have done, and what should I do now?

You are not responsible for what she chooses to buy,
and you can advise her as a Christian at some other time.
We don’t always think of the right thing to say in the moment, or we miss the moment, not maliciously, only because of natural courtesy sometimes. Many things come to us later.
You did well to give good example. No, you didn’t sin
