Armed with what appeared to be a sharp pointed object, the man walked up to Bishop Alleyne grabbed the Bishop’s right hand and dragged off the ring before grabbing two other items including the Mass Book.

Though shaken, he continued the mass afterwards.

Absolutely no follow-up on whether they even tried to apprehend the man or is he just being allowed to wander around being a menace on the streets. What an awful area.
