Hi,

I’m looking for info on a Belgian woman who was a mystic.
Her name was Hélène Claeys-Boùùaert.
She was born in 1888 in the Belgian city of Ghent, (aka Gand and Gent).
Apparently she went to college in a place called Froyennes near Tournai.
After that I don’t have much info, except that
she received messages from the Lord Jesus and
gave advice to people including some priests,
she lived in a beguinage in Ghent and died in Ghent too, in 1959.

If you have any info on this person please do reply here or,
if you can point me to a source of info, that wuld be helpful too.

Thanking you all in advance.

The Claeys-Boùùaert are a prominent, wealthy influential family in the Gent region. It doesn’t help that their last name can be accentuated in three different ways:

Boùùaert, Boúúaert, and Bouüaert

Hélène, however, is unknown to me. I’ll have another look.

She seems to be associated with the Polish Servant of God Jacek Woroniecki, a Dominican to whom she gave messages. I would suggest looking up information on Fr. Woroniecki. I found a couple of references in Polish on the web mentioning her advising him.

You might also contact whoever runs the Mysticsofthechurch.com website. They specialize in obscure Catholic visionaries.
