Had a good confession, how was yours?

On Saturday I had my 3rd confession since my confirmation. I let go of sins that were really holding me back from being free in God’s grace.
This was the first time my confession was anonymous…my first 2 were face to face.
Personally, I feel more comfortable being anonymous.
I really appreciate the sacrament of reconciliation.

How was your recent confession?
Do you like anonymous or face-to-face?

Mine are “eh” while doing it but always a wonderful feeling and great thanks to God afterward. I have such boring sins and feel like I bore the poor priest to tears.
 
For me, and for others, I do not get the wonderful feelings after Confession. This does not matter, God’s great mercy does not rely on my feelings 🙂
