Hangover from 3-day Twilight Zone Marathon?

Anyone else have a “hangover” due to the extra-long Twilight Zone Marathon that lasted from early Dec. 31st to early Jan. 3rd? I didn’t watch them all, or I would be writing from Bellevue; but I did see enough to make me dizzy. Thoughts?
 
My husband and I watched several episodes.That child actor Billy Mumey was in at least three of the episodes! He always played kind of a creepy annoying kid.:eek:
 
I watched a lot of the episodes. Most of them I have memorized by now, and they’re still better than a lot of the alternatives. No hangover, though. I actually tried to recall the lines and voice them about half a sentence ahead of the actors, much to the consternation of my sister.

I should point out that we just got back from a cross country trip (driving straight thru), so we were trying to rest up a bit.

I still prefer The Outer Limits more, and Science Fiction Theater even more, but it’s much harder to find those aired.

I loved it! I actually woke up today missing it. I was thrilled when I flipped on the TV yesterday and saw it was still going on.

LOL! That WAS the longest Twilight Zone marathon I think ever on TV! Actually, I think this was the first time I didn’t watch a single episode! I checked several times to see what was showing, but we get the Twilight Zone 5 nights a week where I live now so I will catch a show here and there. It is followed by the Alfred Hitchcock Hour.

There was also a marathon of episodes on my favorite channel Investigative ID.
So I was watching those and Alfred Hitchcock movies showing all day on another channel.

I always liked Alfred Hitchcok Hour better than the TZ as a kid.We also watch the Investigative ID channel.

Sometimes I have to take a break from Investigative ID. So much murder among friends, family and complete strangers. I like watching how they solve the crimes. Lieutenant Kenda is my favorite!

I think Alfred Hitchcock would like Investigative ID.

I was going to ask if anyone remembered The Outer Limits. I liked that one too. I wish they would show reruns of that show. I can’t remember how many seasons it ran for. Just the introduction would scare me.

Yes!We love Lt.Kenda He is here in Colo.,so that really makes it. Te testing for is as the crimes he investigates have taken place in Colo.Springs

I mentioned above that I preferred it as well. IIRC, it ran 2 seasons.
Edit. That was the 60s series. There was a redo in the 90s that ran longer.

I liked the Alfred Hitchcock hour, mainly because of the host and his huffy-puffy, almost painfully straight delivery.
 
I didn’t get a chance to watch any of the episodes.

But my favorites are:
"Time enough to last "with Burgess Meredith who plays a timid little man who likes to read.

“In praise of Pip” about a father and son. That one was really touching.

Then I like “Living Doll” with Telly Savalas demonstrating how NOT to be a step parent.

Also the Bewitching Pool. The one with the children who run away from their selfish parents thru a portal in the pool. The kids are played by the same kids who played Scout and Jem in to kill a Mockingbird.

The one where the woman (Agnes Moorhead) is visited by tiny aliens is spooky with a scary twist.

I think they should put him on the Jon Benet Ramsey case! 😃

He is down to earth and makes me laugh sometimes. I would have nightmares seeing so many tragic murders.
 
The only thing I miss about getting rid of cable is this marathon around New Years. They have the series on Netflix but there was something nice about having the episodes and order chosen for you.
