From what I’m aware of a person attains happiness by using all of these in the pursuit of the Divine and the love ones neighbor.

The quest for happiness and for God are probably one and the same in the end. How we seek for God will vary between individuals but ultimately He is the cause and source of our happiness.

We’re each unique. Our methods will vary in our quest for happiness, in accordance with our own personal makeup and desires. There are many roads to happiness, but they all end in God. As St. Augustine said, “Our hearts are restless until they rest in You.”

HAPPINESS is a side effect of living well.

When we follow God we avoid a long train load of problems, and spending all our energy on drama, more drama, and broken hearts, which is a waste of our lives…

Love God, build the kingdom, and happiness happens, peace happens, love happens. When you get to Heaven, all you can take are the souls you’ve told about God!

Then as each soul tells of the miracles of how they came to be forgiven, and set free then…LET THE CELEBRATIONS, TRUE HAPPINESS, AND PRAISE HAPPEN!!!

Truth (using intellect and exemplified by St Thomas Aquinas)
Beauty (using our five senses)
Goodness (using our sense of right/wrong and exemplified by St Therese or St Francis of Assisi)
One --ie unity of all things (using our sense of wonder at the created universe)

Each of us finds one path the dominant way to God. But once you have journeyed on the path for some time, all the others start to come into play, for they all lead, ultimately to the same place, the same person(s): God.
