Happy birthday sweet and gentle Pope Francis, and may God bless both he and our Emeritus Holy Father Benedict many more! May they both see a full century of life or more!

We are so blessed to have not one, but two living Popes who are both living Saints walking among us.
 
His 82nd already? Well, he’s still a young whipper-snapper by many others’ standards. A long, healthy, and abundant life to Pope Francis.

Lord, source of eternal life and truth, give to Your shepherd, the Pope, a spirit of courage and right judgement, a spirit of knowledge and love.

By governing with fidelity those entrusted to his care may he, as successor to the apostle Peter and vicar of Christ, build Your church into a sacrament of unity, love, and peace for all the world.

And please also let our Pope have a happy, fun-filled and relaxing birthday and may he live to see many more good birthdays.

We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, Who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
