I remember when I was very young about 5 or 6, my mom took me to daily mass at 5:00am too! Now, 5:00am is way too early for me. Last Sunday, when the pastor announced that the mass starts at 5, I could hear the reaction of parishioners.

6:30 this morning, regular morning mass time at St. Agnes’ in Baltimore. It was so beautiful out at sunrise today: the birds were singing, warmer than usual, beautiful red clouds with the dark blue sky peeking through.
Noon at St. Patrick’s in Washington, DC, was well attended, with cadelabras on each side of the Guadalupe icon and two vases of 2 dozen roses each on either side of Her.
