Dear Brothers and Sisters,
How good it is to celebrate this Feast so soon after the new Memorial honoring Mary as Mother of the Church! Today we see her doing what the Church is called to do: having received Jesus, Mary goes with haste, bringing Him to others.
The Readings for Today’s Mass can be found HERE
If any of us cannot participate in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, then let us spend some time today pondering the Liturgy of God’s Holy Word. If we cannot receive Jesus in the Holy Eucharist, let us ask Him to come to us in a Spiritual Communion. By God’s Grace may we, like our Mother Mary, rejoice in God our Savior (cf Luke 1: 39 - 56).
By His Grace, also may we bring Jesus wherever we are or wherever we may journey that whomever we may meet may receive Him.
