I am sorry you go through this. At least you can take comfort knowing some of the great saints also went through the same feelings you are having.
I often feel a little guilty that I don’t feel afraid of Hell and don’t even worry about Purgatory anymore. It’s not that I think I’m so great, but I need to just put all my trust in the Lord while doing the best I can. I can’t function any other way. I can’t imagine God would send to Hell one of his friends who talks to him every day and is making an honest effort to avoid sin.

I also feel guilty that I am not worrying enough about hell/purgatory.

I just have to trust in Christ that all will be well.

When you suffer like you are regarding, church, sin etc. a terrific book to read is the Diary of St. Maria Faustina Kowalska.
Here is a quote-- " My heart overflows with great mercy for souls, and especially for poor sinners… t is for them that the Blood and Water flowed from My Heart as a fount overflowing with mercy. For them I dwell in the tabernacle as King of Mercy. (Diary, 367).

And another prayer which really helps when you are suffering is —
The Serenity Prayer
God grant me the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change;
Courage to change the things I can;
and
Wisdom to know the difference—
Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
Taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it:
Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will;
That I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him forever in the next. Amen
