Such a beautiful Mass, and such a beautiful Lady! We didn’t have a very large crowd at our Mass, but it was an enthusiastic crowd that obviously loved to sing. “Hail Holy Queen” made the 100 year-old rafters ring!

=) Mass was beautiful today, two of my fav hymns, ‘Hail Holy Queen Enthroned Above’ and ‘Salve Regina’(lol, essentially the same thing just in latin).

Father wore a biretta, too!!! That was SO exciting. We also had the traditional six candle arrangement on the altar(no altar crucifix though, just the big one behind it on the wall).

Not a big crowd at mass today, and Father even made a comment about it. But it was awesome. We even had incense today which surprised me, and it was great to learn about Our Lady and hear the biblical readings that back up The Church’s dogma on The Blessed Mother, and Father’s homily on our Mother was awesome too!

I wrote down the scriptures today that were mentioned in Mass that totally back up our views on The Blessed Virgin, so next time I’ll be prepared when I get into a debate with my mormon relatives:thumbsup:

Massive crowds, three extra Masses put on at the church I went to … no music at the Mass I attended, but afterwards a parishioner spontaneously started singing ‘Hail Queen of Heaven’ totally a capella - and most of the congregation joined in loud and clear. :heaven: :harp:
