Yeah, I don’t know what that means. I hate how often I have had to admit that today, but it’s the only way to learn, right? It is good to be in the presence of (well, on the internet with) such intelligent people!

To be fair, he doesn’t give a flat out no, he just says, “Well we really have more interest in a Spanish Mass.” It is kind of crazy that such a large parish in Texas does not currently have a Spanish Mass. Still, pfft Spanish is Latin-based, they would figure it out!

What I meant is that despite the Summorum Pontificum of BXVI, and the letter that accompanied it, there are still Clergy who would deny requests of those in the flock who want the Tridentine Rite. Or, Gregorian Rite as Cardinal Hoyos likes to call it.

There are those within the Church who are not fully in Communion with the Pope. Sadly, these days, they have no qualms about voicing their oposition to certain wishes of our Holy Father. It can be argued, that this is schismatic. And these clergy are taking on some of the very traits they claim to despise in regard to the SSPX, sedes, and Independent clergy. Hypocricy rising. The howls of these wolves were heard round the world at the lifting of the excommunications of the SSPX Bishops.

'Tis nothing. That’s just me expressing my opinion of those in the Hierarchy who ignore, ridicule, or contradict H.H. BXVI while claiming to be in communion with him. In that regard, they are no different than sedevacantists.

And this is going off topic, so I’m going to drop out of the thread at this point.
