Has any Church teaching ever changed/been reversed?

Hello! Has there ever been a reversal/change of a noninfallible Magisterial teaching? I have Limbo particularly in mind - forums.catholic-questions.org/showthread.php?t=816883 - could you please explain, if possible, how none of the teachings presented by the original poster in that thread have been contradicted by the hope we now have for the salvation of the unbaptized infants? Thank you!
