Just posted it as one of my scariest movies in a Popular Media thread. Especially for its genre: documentary.

Just too bad it didn’t scare enough of the right people,or should I say left people!?!
 
I saw his other doc about Obama, but this one I heard was absolutely terrible. One critic said it was one of the worst doc ever made. Still gonna try to see it if I find a copy, though, haha.

LOL and one of the most watched. It’s second on the documentary list last time I saw but it may be first by now. You can buy it online now or rent it on Netflix, etc,

The critics are mostly liberals. I and many others loved it but you have to also love America to love the movie. Too bad so many now don’t care for the country they live in.

I hope you will see it and not take the word of the critic. Like the other poster said, most critics are liberals and don’t care about facts or don’t want to bother to be educated. Their minds are made up or they prefer to live in a fantasy world.
I saw both documentaries. They were both good, but this one really gets into what has taken over the democratic party over the past 40 years. Really frightening.
 
Besides “2016” (not to be confused with 2001, its sequel 2010, and the Mayan calendar 2012 deal), another documentary that had some clout to it was (is) Ben Stein’s “Expelled - No Intelligence Allowed”.

Orwell’s Newthink and Newspeak have become reality in some quarters. And his scenes with the young woman who was leading tours of some of the Nazi “hospitals” where helpless prisoners were experimented upon - were actually pretty scary.

When Stein opined about the terrible irony that the “respectable doctors” were the monsters and the poor prisoners were sacrificial lambs - the woman seemed confused and told him " … but they had no purpose!". :eek: Making me wonder if Naziism (under a new name of course) was going to make a comeback … or hasn’t begun to already. :bigyikes:
