No, but it does peak my interest. I’ve read Catholic reviews about it and though they praise the production quality, acting and costumes, they are critical of how religious life is depicted and the reasoning and motive of a couple of characters.
Note, the director is not a Catholic nor religious. She barely thought about religion before she was inspired to make the film where she read a book about St. Teresa of Calcutta while at an airport, learned about her struggles, and then proceeded to read more books about religious life by ex-nuns. Also, the actress who plays the main character so happens to be an atheist. Despite this it’s said she gives a tender performance.
