If you don’t mind internet shopping, Amazon.com has a list of them here.
I think my husband got ours at Sears… it came with a buffet server which will be nice also. Previous poster was right about it totally stinking while the electric thingamajig heats up the first time… we had to stick it out on the porch for 2 hours until the smell went away. But now the bird is in - we’re good to go. 👍

I have a roaster from the 1950’s. My mom and grandmother used it and it still works. The instruction booklet is a hoot – 1950’s women in full skirts and heels 😛 .

The bird stays moist, but the house doesn’t end up smelling like it does if I use the regular oven. I love the smell of a turkey cooking.

Ok this thread won’t go away so I dropped in to see what was going on.

What is the difference in turkey roaster and a oven? Ain’t all ovens a “turkey roaster?”

The idea of a turkey roaster is to keep the juices trapped and prevent so much evaporation. I do the same thing by using an aluminum tent.

So our turkey was delicious… super moist - just like I was hoping. I really like my new roaster… now I’m wondering what to roast next?! 👍
