Has anyone used Mormon geneological research tools?

No, they did not ask about the dvds at all.

If you’re near or in your state capitol, another source that is good is your state archives.

Is there a fee charged to use the state archives?
 
I work in a public library, and our genealogist told me yesterday that one of the people in charge at the local LDS center had come in to show her the new website they’re currently testing. Our genealogist says it looks like it’s going to be a good site. People come in to our library all the time for genealogical research, and one of the sites we’ve recommended is the familysearch site. We have handouts for directions to the local LDS center, and I’ve never once heard of anyone being approached by any Mormon missionaries.
