Has Liusa Piccarreta been beatified?

I don’t want this thread to develop into a discussion on the Divine Will, as I don’t think that’s healthy and can result in division, but somebody recently told me that Luisa Picarreta has actually been beatified. I know there was a cause open for her beatification and that it has been passed at a diocesan level in 2005, but has her beatification actually been approved by the Vatican?

I don’t want this thread to develop into a discussion on the Divine Will or opinions on Luisa Picarreta, but just a clarification of the facts, process, and state of play of her cause for beatification. Can anyone shed any light on this?
 
Unless it has been a very recent (as in, the past month) development then no, she hasn’t.
 
Yesterday evening a speaker at a Divine Way talk claimed she had been beatified. It looks like he was mistaken then.

“The Archbishop will only grant permission to speak publicly to priests, and then only about the life and virtues of the Servant of God. Lay persons will no longer be permitted to teach publicly, either about the spirituality of the Divine Will, or regarding her life and virtues. All conferences presented by priests without this letter, or by laity, would not represent the Postulation. So, while unable to regulate what local bishops might allow, the Postulation is discouraging Catholics from attending conferences given by individuals without a letter of authorization from the Archbishop of Trani, Italy. (Clarifications 14)”

Whether that is still in force I cannot say.
 
Thanks for that otjm, although it does say “So, while unable to regulate what local bishops might allow,” therefore local bishops may allow it.

To be honest before going to the talk (which was held inside a church) I knew nothing about the Divine Will, but I felt pretty uncomfortable listening to some of the things said. It wasn’t my cup of tea at all.

If I had known that Catholics were discouraged from attending such things (and I can see why) I wouldn’t have attended.
