Has the Church declared doctrinal error?

In its history, has the Church ever been wrong in the declaration of a doctrine?
 
If you mean by your question whether the universal Church has ever infallibly defined as dogma a doctrinal or moral error, the answer is no. The Holy Spirit protects the Church from doing so.
