Has the Church raised the minimum age at which one can be ordained a priest?

Father Grondin recently stated that a person being ordained a priest had to be at least 25 years-old. Father Grondin even went on to quote Canon Law in support of the answer that he gave.

Did the Church raise the minimum age at which someone could be ordained a priest? I ask for a reason. Archbishop Fulton Sheen was born on May 8, 1895. He was ordained a priest on September 20, 1919. Unless I’m wrong, Archbishop Sheen became a priest when he was only 24 years-old.

The 1917 Code of Canon Law required the candidate to have completed 24 years of age before ordination to the priesthood:

Can 975. Subdeaconship is not to be given before the completed twenty-first year of age; deaconship not before the completed twenty-second; priesthood not before the completed twentyfourth year of age.

So, yes there was a change in the age requirement from the 1917 code to the 1983 code.
